Shipping & Payment Info

Payment Methods

Bank Deposit or EFT

If you choose to make a payment into our bank account, you will receive an invoice (via email) upon the completion of your order. It will contain the details of your order and our banking details. We will only start processing your order after the full payment reflects in our bank account. You can also send your proof of payment to tapenade@intekom.co.za to confirm the order. Please note that we will still only process your order once we receive your payment in our account.

PayFast is a secure online payment processing service for the use of credit cards. Payment methods offered by PayFast include:

  • Credit card transactions
  • Instant EFT
  • Bitcoin
  • mobicred
  • ATM Debit cards (via PayD)
  • MasterPass

If you make your payment via PayFast, your order will be processed immediately and you don’t have to send proof of payment.

Shipping options

We deliver to any location within South Africa. You have the option of your order being delivered by our courier service or to arrange for collection. We are in the Northcliff/Linden/Cresta area.

Once the order is ready for the courier service to collect, we will provide you with a tracking number. Shipping times are:

Outlying Areas                                       4 - 6 days
