Baleia Directors Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil 375ml

Baleia's Directors Blend is a selection from their intense Coratina block (90%), that shows strong varietal characteristics producing a more intense style. They then toned down the “edges” by blending in 10% Frontoio to create balance and elegance. An oil that has structure yet is perfectly balanced.

This delicate olive oil has distinctive aromas of green tomatoes and artichokes with a hint of lemon freshness. It is well balanced, has a buttery and smooth finish with a hint of black pepper. A pleasant bitterness reminiscent of the high antioxidant content.
