Made in small batches from quality ingredients, this decadent Matcha White Chocolate Sauce is exquisite on ice cream, can be used to decorate homemade treats and is delicious mixed into hot chocolate or coffee. The nature of the ingredients used causes the sauce to harden as it cools, creating a beautiful chocolate shell.

It is completely normal for your Matcha White Chocolate Sauce to solidify in colder conditions due to the nature of the ingredients. If your sauce solidifies or becomes grainy, simply pop the jar (lid removed) in the microwave for 30 – 60 seconds and stir until it’s smooth again. If your sauce separates, just give it a good shake to emulsify. Store at room temperature. Use within 1 month of opening.
